My work and life’s passion are centered around a belief that we all have the capacity to heal ourselves when we feel connection, compassion, and support from others. Our bodies contain a unique inner wisdom that helps guide the path back to our true selves. Becoming reacquainted with who we really are on a core level, combined with practicing effective communication strategies with others, allows for greater emotional, mental, and spiritual freedom.
Trauma causes parts of ourselves to become fragmented and disconnected, which often leads to a sense of inner chaos. I offer a gentle and warm approach, grounded in the body, that helps unify these fragmented parts to support a greater sense of wholeness and inner peace.
In particular, I enjoy supporting individuals around issues such as stress management, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, behavioral/substance addiction, and complex/developmental trauma.
I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as actively provide support around diversity as it relates to mental/physical ability, age, ethnicity, gender, race, religion/spirituality, sexuality, nationality, educational background, and socio-economic status.
Together we will discover new ways to navigate life’s difficulties and enhance your relationships. Thank you for being willing to take this journey, and I look forward to working with you.
