Associate Therapist
Josiah Loomis, AMFT, is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist working under the supervision of Denan Burke, LMFT 43415.
In an open and nonjudgmental atmosphere, we will investigate the suffering that you find yourself experiencing. Taking a mind/body/spirit perspective, we allow space to learn new skills, explore and process feelings, learn to be aware of the present moment and discover how to create effective and lasting change individually, as well as in relationships.
When working with couples, I focus on the emotional connection and bond between partners, helping to improve communication and work through past and present struggles. I also have an interest in working with men’s issues and supporting men with a variety of therapy goals including relationship concerns, improving their mental health, navigating life challenges and finding self-acceptance.
As growth and change come from within, discovering self-compassion and acceptance can be one of the most empowering moments in one’s life. I feel grateful for the opportunity to support you along your journey of healing and self-acceptance.
