I believe the relationship we develop with ourselves is a valuable place to start on the path toward living a more authentic, nourishing, and fulfilling life. Through deep compassion and acceptance of oneself we can foster inner peace. My hope is to offer a warm, compassionate presence and create a safe and collaborative space where you feel supported in navigating whatever arises. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
My approach is warm, accepting, and attachment-based, incorporating a holistic and somatic perspective that honors the wisdom of the body. I strive to foster curiosity about what arises in the moment, creating space for unconscious aspects to become conscious. I often use metaphor and invite clients to bring in their dreams as another avenue for self-discovery.
