THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I enjoy working with adults, children, and teens using a compassion focused approach grounded in attachment theory. Through Expressive Arts, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic therapies I strive to help you deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
In addition to EFT, I am Internal Family Systems informed and often incorporate creative journaling, sandtray work, and the enneagram.
I provide therapy in English and I am able to communicate with clients’ parents, partners, and family members in Spanish.
